API WELLHEAD
Casing head

Both top and bottom connections are API 6A flanged,and the flangesare provided with locking bolts. JF22&JF29 Casing Heads have a straight bore bowl with 45℃ landing shoulder design which avoidsdamage to sealing areas by drilling tools and prevents test plug and bowl protector wedging problems when pressureis applied. JF22&JF29 Casing Heads are normally furnished with threaded outlets andstudded outlets are available upon request. Bottom connections can be furnished threaded or slip-on for welding
CASING SPOOL
JF22 and JF29 casing spools feature a versatile straight bore design that can accept a wide variety of slip and mandrel type casing hangers, minimizes risk of damage to sealing areas by drilling tools, and prevents testplug and bowprotector wedging problems when pressure is applied. A 45°landing shoulder is specially designed to support maximum casing loads. JF29 Casing Spools are based on the same reliable design as the JF22 with exception that the bowl is longer. Which permits the acceptance of the JF29 casing hanger with larger load capacity for deeper drilling. JF22Land JF29L casing spools are supplied with a serious of lock screws for casing hanger and pack of retention and Multiple bottom sealing type, such as PE/BG bottom, OO bottom and double “P” seal bottom.

WECO ADAPTER FLANGE
Weco Flanges supply in both Female and Male connections. Weco sizes range from 1-13/16” all the way up to 4-1/16” with varying pressures starting at 3000# to 15000#.
